Housekeeping & Cleaning

• Our housekeeping team is committed to extensive cleaning before and after each guest.
• Every room, bathroom and kitchen are disinfected.
• The Hot Tub water is changed after each guest.
• For guest staying over 7 days we offer weekly housekeeping.

House rules

• No smoking.
• Respect other guests.
• Clean any dishes/glasses before departure.
• Put rubish in bin.
• Put back all barbecue equipment.

Quiet hours

• From October 1st to March 31st, the public is encouraged to observe moments of tranquility between 15:30 and 17:30 during the day, and from 22:00 to 7:30 am in the evening.
• From April 1st to September 30th, the peaceful ambiance is maintained with quiet hours from 15:00 to 17:30 during the day and from 23:00 to 7:00 am in the evening.

Booking Details

• Upon completion of booking, you will receive a confirmation email of the reservation.
• All check in information will be sent by email 2 day prior to arrival.
• Check in is at 15:00pm (earlier check in is subject to additional charges & availability).
• Check out is at 11:00am (later check out is subject to additional charges & availability).
• Our cancelation policy can be found in our terms & conditions.

Events

• Events are allowed, but must comply with our house rules and quiet hours.

Please inform us in advance if you will:

• Bring a pet, there is an additional one time charge of 50€.
• Require extra linen for sofa beds.
• Require baby amenities (Baby cot, potty, high chair).
• Transit from airport (charges apply).
• Extra bed.
• Pool heating (charges apply).
