Hi, thank you very much for this one week that we were here. Wonderful environment, beautiful apartment with sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi and all the equipment you might need on weekdays. When we arrived in the heat, cold water and wine awaited us. The beach is fantastic and very close to the apartment. Life in Protaras is very exciting and full of experiences. Everyone had a good time, we wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! Thank you Villa 5!

Ηταν όλα υπέροχα. Τοποθεσία: η καλύτερη, λίγα βήματαα από την ωραιότερη παραλία του Πρωταρα. Άνεση; Τι να πω; είχε δύο βεράντες με τα καθιστικά τους και τις ξαπλώστρες τους. Το τζακούζι ; ανεπανάληπτη εμπειρία. Μετά τη θάλασσα λίγη ώρα μέσα σου πρόσφερε απίστευτη χαλάρωση. Εξοπλισμος; Δεν μου ξανάτυχε να βρω πιο εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα.( και μπήκα σε αμέτρητα) Ειχε μπουκαλες με νερό στο ψυγείο αλλά και ψυγειάκι του νερού με γεμάτες μπουκάλες δίπλα. Παγωμένη κουμανταρία στο ψυγείο. Μιξερ του φραπέ, καφετιέρα τσαγέερα, air fryer, πετσέτες κουζίνας, ασημόχαρτο, ασπρόκολλα, δεύτερες πετσέτες για τη θάλασσα τηλεόραση και έξω στη βεράντα με το τζακούζι, ομπρέλα τροχήλατη στη βεράντα και άλλα που μπορεί να ξέχασα. Ηταν η πιο πετυχημένη διαμονή που είχα ποτε!

I stayed at Seafront Protaras Apartments for 2 days during February 2023 with my two daughters. Apartment was very clean, comfortable and location was great! We had TV with Netflix (great for the kids 😊) and kitchen with all the necessities. Bed was very comfortable and two spacious balconies were great as well. There was also jakuzzi! Famous Fig Tree Bay beach was in the courtyard and big shopping and entertainment center was near by! Walk to the beach was not longer than 5 minutes. Seafront Protaras Apartments was a great host and me and my family enjoyed our vacation at Protaras.

Very Clean, spectacular better than in photos. EXCELLENT location perfect for families, kids or group of friends. Highly recommended. Very spacious pool facilities , jacuzzi and steam room all in excellent condition. Full wifi around the whole premises.

The house/villa we stayed was modern, big with all comforts extremely clean and had everything we needed. Next to the sea and the main road of Protaras. Clean and large pool. Comfortable beds and nice rooms with bathrooms in all of them. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommended! Excellent

Villas provided such great service! The villa is fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need during your holiday. Best villas and service!

Perfect location. The outside terrace area of the apartment really is stunning and done to such a high standard. We stayed in apartment 1 during our stay and couldn’t have been any better for what we needed as a family of four. Hard to say anything negative really. We had very little contact with owners or staff, but the check in process was so easy and to be honest we did not need to talk to them much during our stay.

Every year I rent an apartment in July or August. This year after I found your apartments available I chose to stay but in June which was the maximum price I could afford. I hope your prices stay at least at this level because it really was the best apartment I have ever rented.

The villa was spacious and stylish. The pool was beautiful and the bar area well used by us! Would definitely go again.

На Кипре была уже третий или четвёртый раз и впервые столкнулась с такими замечательными людьми! Нас встречали как родных! Отличные апартаменты, все как обещали, как на фото. До моря 3 минуты, ближайший магазин прямо за углом. В апартаментах было все необходимое и даже больше: в холодильнике был базовый набор продуктов, фрукты, обеспечили нас водой на весь период проживания, а также всем необходимым для использования стиральной и посудомоечной машины. А ещё угостили нас чудесными кипрскими сладостями и джемом! По тв было несчётное количество каналов на русском языке. А ещё нам мгновенно отвечали за все просьбы и запросы, несмотря на утро 1 января, например! И встречали нас 31 декабря, несмотря на праздники. Ольга, Заро спасибо! Для ребёнка 2,5 лет предоставили стульчик и кроватку, а ещё на террасе был батут-восторг! Спасибо большое! Это был лучший новогодний тур на Кипр!

The apartment provides everything and more...a great,comfortable,clean place.Welcoming gift was more than we could ask for.Till nowI have not seen jet the apartment that offers you as much as this one.Will recommend it to my friends and family 100% a place to stay while in Cyprus!

Everything great location just by the beach and close to everything , we had wine and food such as milk and bread tea coffee and a fruit ball which was amazing did not expect that and great communication when I had some questions, and transfers was great too

Everything was awesome. It looks much nicer that on photos, especially garden of Villa 13. We got complementary wine, fruits, tea, ice etc. We booked 3 villas for 40 people to have family party and it was the right decision. I highly recommend this place !!!
